Latest PSA Test results

Attended my first Pilates session today as part of my Active Blackpool fitness regime.

Must say it has helped the muscle aches the Prostap jabs cause.

Anyone else tried this?

Just got my latest blood test results, PSA undetectable.

If we could escape Tier 3 we'd go out for a meal next weekend to celebrate.

Been on Prostap for 2.5 years now so Onco sent me for a bone density test last month.

Had my regular meeting with my Onco this morning, pleased to report my bone density is normal and my PSA remains undetectable.

More good news that my wife goes for her Covid vaccine this weekend so time perhaps to look for some holidays to book.

Hi Jasper, I’ve never tried Pilates, but I have done Iyengar Yoga for a few years now and if a miss a couple of weeks the muscles know about it the day after the first session back.

And yes Yoga is only stretching and standing straight, both Pilates and Yoga sort out the aches and pains from our bad posture habits.

John does yoga and finds that really helpful.

Thanks Mr and Mrs MAS.

Last 20 years I've gone out for festive drinks with work colleagues, we're now all retired. This year it's not happening.

Rubbish isn't it.

Yes I thought last year when Mr MAS was diagnosed that life could not get much stranger..... And now look.

The work zoom party proposed at my place doesn't feel like a festive treat.

But you have got great results again so you can just double celebrate at home.

Great results Jasper.  Hope you are able to get away on holiday and enjoy some sunshine.  We’re hoping we can spend some time with our family and Grandchildren this summer! 🤞
