I am recovering from robotic surgeryy (2weeks) and would like to be able to carry on a full sex life, my question I suppose in when do I commence any penis  rehab?

Firstly it depends on whether you had nerve sparing surgery or not ! You should visit surgeon in 6 to 8 weeks time and discuss it with him. Also ask if there is an ED clinic at your hospital or surgery which can advise you. Best practice seems to be getting daily 5mg Cialis and the daily use of a vacuum pump from approx 10 weeks post op

Don't wait too long but don't rush it either! First time I used the pump it tore a bit of urethra and it bled, scared me to death!

Forgive the bluntness but John had a hand job the day the catheter was removed; I needed him to know that it was possible to have an orgasm without an erection. First blow job was as soon as the leaking reduced. Daily Cialis started around 8 weeks post-op and I think we got the pump at 12 weeks (important not to put too much pressure on your new urinary valve too early).
