A lovely Macmillan nurse cane out today and prescribed Lyrica for my dad's pain. She said morphine is more effective when the pain is in soft tissue but not great for bone.
Having googled it, it's an anti seizure drug and used for people who suffer with fibromyalgia.
Has anybody got any experience of using this and does it help the pain more than morphine?
