Daily Cialis 5 mg

Hi everyone

As some of you will know I've started taking Daily Cialis 5mg with pretty good results. I'm slowly going off injections as its a fine balance between getting an erection bringing joy , then suffering awful pain for 3 hrs post event.

What I'd like to know if you guys have any experience , is what can I do on top of the daily dose , when I want an event so to speak. Eg could I take an extra 10 mg on the day ?? Could I try a 100mg Viagra on the day etc.

I know none of you are doctors but your own experiences /techniques would be valuable.

You can take an extra 3 tablets for an event but don't do that more than twice a week.
Not a good idea to take a viagra and a Cialis within 24 hours of each other so if John wanted an event one evening he missed his Cialis the next morning. Having said that, CB did it without major problems.

Looking back, I was incredibly stupid to play about with medication, and very fortunate indeed not to suffer consequences. But in mitigation, only mitigation as there is no defence really, I was desperate to make some impact on my recovery, nothing seemed to be working. I was not thinking straight, far too much beer for far too long addled my brian. Maybe the beer counteracted the meds?

Ok thanks both. Maybe just take another 10 mg on that day I reckon.
Glad u out of your dark place now Dave. I keep dipping in and out of there tbh. Trying to keep it together , but the little devil on my shoulder is quite tempting sometimes.

My ED nurse recommended Cialis 20mg

I don't take it for an "event", but twice a week

Chris maybe you should ask your GP or ED nurse (if there is one) rather than relying on non medical/clinical advice. We are all different so what is suitable for one person is not necessarily right for the next

You are of course right , but presently a two week wait to speak to my GP and I've been waiting 3 weeks already for ED nurse chat , and prostate specialist nurses never answer their phones. You know the story .... Was just looking for pointers is all

Chris, I take 20mg twice a week and usually 24 hours after taking one I get the feelings and a semi and more of anything useful so I would think that as you are on 5mg that if you took 3/4 extra to get something useful it will do you no harm and might do you some good.

I'm on daily 5 mg Cialis too and have found that just very occasionally I can have a reasonable erection even without using the pump. Whether it's the build up of the drug in my system or not ( after 3 months) I'm not sure but none the less it's pleasing. Or the HT treatment isn't doing its job properly but as I still suffer from flushes I'm sure it is. I was advised that using Muse alongside Cialis could be a further option to consider but I haven't gone down that route yet.

What fun having PCa is - who'd ever have thought we would be having discussions like this!
