I read from an australian continence expert that the tilt of the pelvis can also lead to leaking, and this can happen when going downhill.

Not really - he was an odd ball and I think was taking the p*ss out of real members although he didn't stay around for long. I don't really get why people do that trolling thing.

I am suspicious of a poster at the moment but will try to keep an open mind for the time being. They tend to slip up at some point. Time will tell.

There are a couple of dubious posters, I think, but neither seem to be vindictive. We have had some really cruel trolls in the past and the ones that really wind me up are those promoting snake oil or magic mirrors.
