Yes, back home thankfully,... after scan and lumbar puncture no bleed found in brain http://community.prostatecanceruk.org/editors/tiny_mce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-laughing.gif .. scary at the time, must be my age but not too good after 24 hrs without sleep!.... as you get older,... soooooo much to look forward to,... Ha! Ha! Thanks for caring both,... Sid x

Hi all,...

Is it nearly August already!... just a quick update, took your advice Lyn and got another referral, same hospital but will see the other oncologist! But I know she will be careful not to tread on his toes! I will be ready with questions,... Will be seeing her in a couple of weeks so will let you know how it goes,.. Till then, keep positive and take care. Sid x

First of all, Luther,... so sorry to hear about your wife, life sure has many twists and turns, praying for strength for you good buddy.

Just to let you all know, my referral is this Monday, had a blood test last Monday, went for the result of the PSA on Friday,.. "Not back yet" said the receptionist,... I know my PSA is only .27 but when to start HT?... I'll see what onco says and report back, till then, take care and keep positive out there!... Sid x
